Ayesha Takia

Ayesha Azmi who was born April 10, 1986, in India is an actor who has mostly appeared in Hindi films. Ayesha received the Filmfare's Best debut Award in 2004 in recognition of her performance as the lead actress on Taarzan The Wonder Car. It was her first acting role. In the following years, Takia was in movies like Paathshaala (2011) Wanted (2009) Salaam-E-Ishq (2006) and Socha Na Tha (2007). Her first cameo was for a commercial for the well-known diet drink Complan. She appeared in their famous commercial, I'm a Complan boy. I'm a Complan girl, alongside Bollywood superstar Shahid Kapoor. In the remix song Nahin Nahin Abhi Nahin she also made an appearance. The track was a major success in India during the period of remixes. In the following months, she was receiving offers for Bollywood film projects. Takia needed to wait until Takia made her debut before she knew about Taarzan, the Wonder Car. Takia originally planned to be in Socha Na Tha. But delays in production caused delay. When she criticized her political father-in law Samajwadi Party MLA Abu Azmi's opinion on retribution for victims of rape, Ayesha demonstrated her moral resolve.
